As a food reviewer, I was thoroughly impressed by the classy ambiance of Island Vintage Coffee, as well as the moderate noise level which allowed for a relaxed dining experience. The menu offers a great selection of dishes suitable for kids, making it a family-friendly establishment.
Overall, my experience at Island Vintage Coffee was delightful. The attention to detail in the food presentation and the fresh, flavorful ingredients used left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend stopping by this establishment for a taste of Hawaiian coffee and cuisine.

Prices have raised over the years but the food and coffees are so yummy it’s a nice treat. The açaí is some of the best in island, I love the granola they put in it. Their breakfast plates are also very good especially their wagu locomoco. If you see their circle pastry with filling or their heart waffle make sure to get it!!! It’s delicious and sells out so quick. Their strawberry matcha cookie is also worth picking up as a snack~

The table next to us left so much food and it attracted the chickens. The chickens started fighting so thankfully there was another free table nearby. Food and drinks are good, it’s just very busy

We had the Braised Beef Loco Moco, Island Breakfast Plate, and Original Açaí Bowl. The place was really busy and we can see why. The food was delicious and worth the wait. I especially recommend the Açaí bowl if that is what you are looking for. The fruits were fresh and the granola was amazing.

We had breakfast here on a Saturday morning and there was quite the line! The taro bagel was sooo delicious. The acai bowl — my go-to — did not disappoint. The matcha latter was super delicious too. My friends had the loco moco and they raved about it. Highly recommend this spot!

This was the last spot before heading to the airport to head back home. Now I’m wishing I came here everyday! I had the island latte which was delicious. My boyfriend had the macadamia Kona mocha. I could drink that everyday! We didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it looked amazing as well. If I ever come back to Hawaii, this will be my first stop!

Every time I visit Oahu, I find myself craving the blended mochas from Island Vintage! As a coffee enthusiast who was loyal to Honolulu Coffee Co., I was pleasantly surprised by Island Vintage's offerings. Their blended mochas strike the perfect balance--not overly sweet and genuinely tasting like coffee, unlike some other places that offer more of a "coffee-flavored" drink. My go-to is their Banana Kona Mocha. I've also tried their Pitaya Acai bowl and enjoyed that as well!! There is limited seating, but we got a table that overlooks the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center; its great for a morning snack before touring around Waikiki! There is usually a wait and a long line, but you can always order online and just come and pick it up!

From the time I've been in Hawaii I never really got to try the acai bowls here. I'm so glad I finally did try it because I've Heard Island vintage has one of the best acai bowls in the world. I typically don't like coconut shreds in my acai bowl but over here it tastes different. The fruits, acai base, house made granola and dried coconut tasted so fresh. This spot definitely destroys banzai bowls in California. The loco moco had this nice grilled char smokey flavor to it that I enjoyed since I'm used to eating other loco mocos that pretty much taste like the patties have been boiled. I think this is one of the best loco mocos I've had. The lox bagel sandwich was alright. I didn't really taste much of the ube from the bagel. I do wish they would add more smoked salmon though. Service and overall hospitality of this restaurant was great. Everybody is always smiling and having a good ole time.

I had a chance to try Island Vintage Coffee today which is located in the popular Waikiki plaza area. This is a nice spot to do lots of people watching. The service here was pretty fast and was quite crowded but we were able to grab a table in the outer edge area which was Cute. We ordered the Moana Haupia Acai bowl (24 oz) and this was delicious. This came with fresh berries, banana and papaya as well as the açaí base. There was granola and a delicious coconut cream on top which was heavenly. I would highly recommend the bowl for the coconut cream since it was like a delicious ice cream. For a $16 acai bowl, it was quite expensive, but thankfully an enjoyable meal at that.

Island Vintage Coffee in Hawaii is an absolute gem, and my recent experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Liana H, who not only took my order but also went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable. Her genuine care and attention were truly outstanding. Let's talk about the acai bowl prepared by Emily--it was pure perfection! I watched her craft it with such meticulous care, ensuring every ingredient was placed just right. It was evident that Emily puts her heart into her creations, and the result was a bowl that surpassed any I've had before. 5 star effort. In my eight years of visiting Hawaii annually, I've encountered good service, but what Liana H and Emily provided was next-level. Liana not only served with efficiency but also managed to calm my son, who was having a tough day--an unexpected but greatly appreciated touch that made our visit even more special. Island Vintage Coffee has become a family favorite spot--we start our mornings with their excellent coffee and often return for lunch or dinner. The entire staff deserves credit for maintaining such high standards; their friendliness and dedication make each visit a delight. If you're looking for more than just great coffee, Island Vintage Coffee is the place to be. It's where exceptional service meets delicious food, making it a must-visit whenever you're in Hawaii.

Located in Royal Hawaiian on the second floor. They have a dine in area and a take out area and seats outside. Line was long, but it was worth the wait. Got the macadamia Kona mocha which is a frozen drink, can't get any macadamia nut in Vegas. Also got the original Acai and added almond butter. There's something different about the Acai. Tried different Acai and this one was a catch! I wish I could come here everyday. This will be a stop for sure when visiting in HI.
